How exciting! The New Year is upon us and with it comes the anticipation of a fresh start and summer rejuvenation.
It’s at this time when all the stress and work of the past year and Christmas has – ideally- been washed away with some much deserved relaxation. Our mental, physical and spiritual selves are preparing for the year ahead and the possibilities 2015 holds for each and every one of us.
Maybe you have set some resolutions this year to be kinder to yourself, or commit to an exercise and health program or to simply allow life to unfold without overly stressing, or perhaps you’ve decided not to set any resolutions at all. Whatever you have set for yourself and a new year means there is power in this moment to grasp hold of those intentions (or non-intentions!) and do something just for YOU!
Now is the opportunity for us woman to really treat ourselves, just like we have treated our family and friends during this holiday period – purely because life is better with a little self-love and pampering to go alongside with it!
